A Message from a Student Reporter
In 2023, the secondary school in Tanzania launched a journalism club, establishing a direct line of communication with the students who live, learn, and work on campus.
Through their reporting, we’ve gained authentic insights into daily life and significant developments at New Dawn Communities. This month’s update highlights a meaningful milestone: the acquisition of new cattle for the campus. The students’ deep pride in their community shines through in these regular reports, offering us a window into their achievements and aspirations.
We have left the article completely unedited and as written by the student reporter. The entire thing would not be possible without you, our generous supporters.
Addition of New Cattle in Our School

New Dawn Secondary School
Synopsis :
New Dawn is not a school for education only, we are also dealing with other extracurricular activities such as rearing of animals and farming activities. We are having farms and livestock such as cattle, goats and sheep. The number of the livestock has been increasing since we buy new ones and they also reproduce themselves.
Early this week we expanded our agricultural project by purchasing two new cattle in our school. The new purchased will boost milk production and practical learning for students.
We keep animals in our school in order to strengthen self-reliance in our community and provide students with hands-on experience in keeping animals. The new cattle area expected to increase milk which will be used by students during their breakfast.
The initiative aligns with the government’s call for schools to integrate agriculture into learning. With the new livestock, New Dawn Secondary aims to inspire the culture of keeping animals among the students especially those who are studying agriculture subject.
We would like to say thank you our sponsors for the great support which you have provided to us and we believe that God will give you a long life and we really appreciate what you have given us

Serving You Through Prayer
At New Dawn, we believe that serving our supporters means more than simply answering questions — it means lifting you up in prayer. Just as Paul prayed for the believers in Colossians 1:9, our team regularly prays for all who partner with us, asking that you may be “filled with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.”
We also bring specific needs before the Lord as they are shared with us. Leah Young, our Supporter Services Team Leader, faithfully leads this effort. If you receive a call from (949) 212-9683, that’s Leah reaching out to connect, encourage, and serve you.
If you’d like us to pray for a specific need, please leave a message or email us at Info@newdawncommunities.com
It’s our joy and honor to stand with you in prayer.
